This class is a logical next-step for beginning students who have a good knowledge of basic poses and are ready for a more challenging practice. Emphasis is on building strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and self-acceptance. This level I & II class is appropriate for students with some yoga background and who are in moderate to good physical condition. This class will introduce you to basic postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness with an emphasis on building body awareness. The class will also be easily modified for beginners or people new to yoga.
