    Event Description:
    This 8 week power packed, fat burning HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class will get your heart rate up by focusing on cardio, strength, and core training. Class may take place in or outdoors so dress accordingly.
    Level 1 is designed for those at a beginner to intermediate level, but can be modified for the advanced. The end result is a fun, yet challenging workout that gets results. Participants should bring a towel and water bottle. For more questions, call us at 616-997-6172!
