This 8 week class is a power packed, fat burning HIIT class will get your heart rate up by focusing on cardio, strength, and core training. Class may take place in or outdoors so dress accordingly.Level 2 is designed for those at an intermediate to advanced level, but can be modified for beginners. The end result is a fun, yet challenging workout that gets results. Participants should bring a towel and water bottle.
