A regualarly scheduled meeting of members and directors of The Western Michigan Society for Industrial Heritage was held at Coopersville, Michigan on the 12 May 2004, pursuant to notice published in the 10 March 2004 minutes.

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by President Ed Hanenburg

3. Meeting was cancelled due to lack of quorum (minimum requirement of 5 members).
