Del Shannon Displays

A display of gold records and memorabilia from Del Shannon, an early rock 'n' roll star and Coopersville native. Here is the platinum record Del earned for "Runaway". Take the Museum Quick Tour to see additional collection materials.
Also, the Del Shannon Memorial, erected and dedicated in 1996. Dan Bourgoise, Del's former manager, and Brian Young, President of the Del Shannon Appreciation Society, were present for the dedication.

Also, in late 1998, Brian Young posted the Official Del Shannon Web Site. Here, you can join the Fan Club, and check out interesting goings-on in the world of Rock 'n' Roll.

AND, on March 16, 1999, Del was inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame!

So, those of you who have the shirts and posters from the Memorial dedication have something very unique. Unfortunately we are no longer licensed to reproduce these items so they are even more valuable!
